Conditions for returns and refunds

In the case of defective products or incorrect product shipments, we will exchange them for new products.
If the replacement product is not in stock, we will recreate it.

*Please note that in the case of re-creation, the wood grain and color scheme will be different because it is handmade.

We do not accept returns for reasons such as the color being different from the image or the size being larger or smaller than expected.

*We try to make the product photos as close to the actual color as possible, but the color of the actual product may differ depending on your monitor settings and room lighting.

We also do not accept returns of good products.

We will accept returns within 7 days of the date of arrival of the product.
Please note that we will not be able to accept requests for returns or exchanges after that date.

About the cooling-off system

*The cooling-off system applies to door-to-door sales.
The cooling off period is not mandatory for mail order sales.
Please note that the cooling off period does not apply to this service, as it is a mail order service accessed by customers.

Return shipping fee

If the product is damaged, the wrong product is wrong, or there is any other defect due to our negligence, we will cover the shipping fee. Please send the product to the return address below by cash on delivery.
